Proofs
Garden Studio Crafts will supply customers with proofs for confirmation of wording. The proof will be by email, any amendments should be made by return email.

Bespoke

For bespoke designs a £50 fee is taken which is refunded when an order is placed.

Deadlines
Stationery is made to order and lead times can vary depending on seasonal demand and order sizes therefore it is advised that orders are placed well in advance of the required wedding date.

Production
Due to production processes card and/ or colours may differ slightly from those pictured. However they are made in batches therefore each individual order will be made from one batch of materials which should insure conformity of colours in the order. This cannot be guaranteed if additions are placed to an order at a later date.
Also due to the bespoke handmade nature of our products any sizes given are only to be considered as approximate
Delivery
Delivery is by courier and will need to be signed for upon receipt. Garden Studio Crafts can not be held responsible or liable for situations beyond its control for example postal disputes, acts of God, war, labour disputes, fire and flood.

Children
Products supplied by Garden Studio Crafts have small embellishments and are not suitable for small children

Copyright
Some hymns, songs and poems are under copyright. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain permission for printed reproduction of such items.

Marketing
We reserve the right to use any stationery we create to promote our product and services

Privacy
Garden Studio Crafts respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Any information provided by you in the course of purchasing from this website is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  We do not pass your details onto anyone else

External copyright

It is your responsibility to obtain the correct copyright permission for hymns, readings or pictures to be included in your stationery. You agree to indemnify Garden Studio Crafts against any action for breach of copyright of such items. Garden Studio Crafts shall not be responsible for any delays or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure  is caused by events or circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, war, fire, strikes, failure of communications or computer systems, shortage or unavailability of raw materials, or extreme weather.
